My "On This Day" reminder reminded me of my trips to the coastal Northwest logging lands years ago... infrequently visited by anyone except loggers. Looking towards Vancouver Island, Canada, with the classic leaden storm skies and cobalt waters:




And I remember laughing about this, as in "why" -- must've been a logger either showing off his strength or playing around with heavy equipment:

Now that right there did make me smile for the day. She can be a unicorn wrangler. Very cute and fun and I hope that the child never loses that wide eyed sense of joy for life and innocence just being enjoying her day.

Thanks for opening and the tag @Innocent Forever ... a tad late (per usual) I know.
So this is apt after my expensive car repair this past Friday the 13th (note to self do not take car in for repairs on this day again)...
