I've made a lot of improvements and I think I'm definitely heading in the right direction. However, there are always going to be bad days, and I've been in a bit of a storm recently. I was wondering, does anyone have little things they do just to recenter themselves, or just give them a little peace or satisfaction?
For me, if I'm stressed, I clench everything as tightly as I possibly can for as long as I can, and then slowly relax my muscles. It does help a little! My problem right now is more sadness than stress but thought it might be useful.
