losing it

i cant take it anymore, im losing control....been crying for hours.....cant take all the stress...feels like i cant breath....just crying....idk how to explain what i feel except intense crying, sh and wishing i had slit my throat earlier instead of my face :cry:

im under a lot of stress....from the thing with simply brett, and family crap, friends mom dying, missing mom, and being sick....im just on overload....have had several bad "episodes" lately.....family doesnt understand, no one does:sad:
