Hello everyone.
You may remember some post`s ago, i asked if anyone could find me a passage from the Bible. It was called "Broken Chains". My Debbie answered that for me.
As some of you know, i have two memorial tables outside my apartment door so that i can talk and be with her, as i am unable to get to her resting place at the cemetery. There is an angel sat on one of the tables and i was sat down talking with her, when i noticed the writing on the angel. It reads:
Broken Chains.
We little knew the day God was going to call your name,
In life, we loved you dearly, in death we do the same,
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us, one by one,
The chains will link again.
This verse at her service brought me to my knees, and now, once again, my tears are falling. I am not ashamed to say or do this, as many of you said, it`s natural at any age.
The only thing i wish i could understand, and i think I've said this before, why does God put people together, but they don`t get to share old age together? My Debbie was 55 and i was 65 so she would be 57 now. He took her away from me, but the reason for it, i cannot understand. Dare i say this without suffering any wrath from God, why is he that mean? Maybe someone can tell me and make me understand.

as for why? I wish we knew. For her to be taken at that age seems so cruel. Moreso that your own life has been so harmed by this. It’s almost as is both were taken. Our lives can be so destroyed by things external to us.
I’m so sorry for what has happened to you. This world makes little sense.
