Mania turned to depression on my birthday

Hey, Ive been manic for about a month and its my birthday today, and ive suddenly gone into a depressed state. I know I shouldnt feel this way on my birthday, and I know that Im supposed to feel better (its my 18th too, legally allowed to drink in the uk where I live) but I dont. The same old feelings have come back.

I was so high today and then I felt it just coming on and I tried to fight it and it just happened, I couldnt help it. So low right now
