ASK TWICE... Sometimes we say we’re fine when we’re not, so if your mate’s acting differently, ask twice.

Sometimes we say we’re fine when we’re not. But, with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem at any given time, if a friend / family member says they are fine, they might not be. To really find out, ask twice. You don’t have to have all the answers.

just listening can make a big difference to people. Try and show that you’re taking on board what they’re saying. Just 5 minutes of your time can change a path someone takes ....
