mouse playing up

My mouse (a logitech remote i.e no wires) is going nuts. I'm having to click like mad to get it to respond or it's doing everything twice!!! Batteries are new so it aint that..Do I need a new one peeps or does anyone know a way of fixing it?

Ermm yeah i would stay uninstall then install, then if that dont work then might mean the sensors might be f'ed up so might need a new one

Ok am on the lam, as have strangled mouse and the cops are after me.
Stupid me, threw dead body out the window for all to see.
