The only problem with kittens...then tiny, needle like kitten claws. I do insist on a kitten or cat to have them to be able to defend themselves especially living out in the country where no telling what critter might show up and rear its head.
LOL. I will provide a rope ladder for them. I think that is one advantage of like with my adopting/rescuing an older cat is that she knows some control and the claws do stay in unless she gets really agitated.
