My sister forehead ripped apart today and it's all my fault

#1
My beautiful sister's face got 5 stitches on her forehead today. It's all my fault. I had a row with her over something very stupid and she got very very sad. I went to bathroom and I asked her to bring me something and she slipped and hit her head to somewhere. Her forehead is now with stitches she will have the stitches for the rest of her life on her beautiful face. She shed blood, I hate to see myself alive...I cried for 10 hours straight. My sister is not a kid she's around 26 years old. I want to die i hate myself. I ruined my sister's life. I'm selfish, I'm a horrible person and I treat her horribly I should have died years ago

I'm so sorry for what happened. That's frightening. I think it's completely natural to feel horrid after a situation like that @MyGirlyGirl. Ten hours is so long for crying, you must be exhausted. It's so much harder for you because of the timing of the bad row, and the combination of it with her accident.

Best wishes for her mending and healing.

Give a chance tomorrow and from now on to looking at this with forgiveness for yourself. Try to let go of the idea it has to be someone's fault. Maybe letting her know you love your sister can help heal the relationship situation for both of you.

I got stitches on my forehead as a kid and the scar is pretty invisible now. I haven't even thought about it or noticed it for ages. Hopefully the same will be true for your sister. Scars can look cool anyway
In my country if you have a tiny scar you can't get married. No one will marry you. I want to give all of my investment that I gatherer for years for her to get laser or even plastic surgery. I won't let her have a deformed face. I've got a hole like scar on my forehead from my childhood too. I think getting scars as an adult is different and it lasts forever.
