took naltrexone for my self harm...works to block endorphins released during cutting. frusturating as heck at first just because if you cut after taking it, all you feel is pain, and nothing else. just ouch. :dry: but then you get used to it, and the urges start to lessen.
i only take it when i have an urge now, but when i started i only had to take it for a month or so after cutting on and off for 5 years.
it works if you want to stop...trust me.
