* Anxiety yes, that's the thought. My problem is - that is what I suspect very very strongly, but is yet to confirm with not a diagnosis - is *not* in anxiety. If diagnosis will confirm it, I may be in a bit of bigger trouble, because I suspect, that I won't afford medication and without it all the other therapy gives very meh result. The problem is in executional dysfunction which is I greatly suspect, is really not rooted in any kind of anxiety, it's just kind of how my brain functions and fails to filter and prioritize tasks appropriately, especially important, but long-time-scaled ones. I lived with it all my life, but all my life I could adapt, various other conditions of my life gave me enough space to accomodate myself without needing to go to a doctor or look for therapy. I could procrastinate at work.. for many minutes, and sometimes hours and still manage do my job in time.
And right now... I feel that I'm on a timer.. that is doable certainly for a neurotypical person, but is hard for me. The chances are that I'll still survive. May be, if those suspections about my neurochemistry is right, I'd have an unexpected bonus which can even the chances in the influx of dopamine when the time will become really tight. But it's still risk, both miscalcucating what's happening inside me, and leaving all the problem solving to the last time in this risky situation as well.
