Learning to protect yourself is a learning curve. Yes, some people learn sooner than others, but many don't realize that other factors also play a role in why someone struggles with it. Nobody is weak or dumb for not being able to stand up for themselves. It is hard to overcome. People need to stop criticizing others and instead lend a hand to help them.

it sucks to be conflicted about living. half of me wants to keep fighting to get better everytime something happens and try to spend as much time with family as long as possible, the other half is tired of fighting and dealing with the chronic pain. not to mention the world has gone to shit. stay or go home lol

I'm a moron. I was getting frozen bread out of the freezer and nuking in the microwave. I started to choke on a piece. I was so distressed I called an ambulance. This was at 11pm last night. It's now 4am and I'm yet to see a doctor. I don't want to leave as I can still feel it in my throat. It's very disconcerting. I've had an x-ray. What a stupid thing to do. Really, my stupidity knows no bounds. STUPID.

we can't talk polotics here but i have to be grateful for the current leaders. expensive gas makes me stay home and rest more, the cost of groceries makes me eat unhealthy food, current affairs allow me to remember the past with envy, and allows me to enjoy more stress and anxiety etc. etc. we should be grateful lol.
gas here is only 3.59 or so and i'm glad i don't drive much. we already talked about limited driving in jasmine this summer. our truck isn't much better, she has a hemi and my son tuned it for me so she only gets between 13 and 14 mpg. she is a crew cab lousy gas mileage but faster than any cop car in the area lol.
