I’m constipated. I wanted to deal with this naturally by taking psyllium fiber but I have one class tomorrow. I took laxative by midnight. It’s 2am and they just announced we’ll conduct the class online.

I gained 4 more freaken pounds. I guess I have just been over eating because I thought I watch what I eat for the most part. The truth is, physically i feel pretty good, better than I ever have.

Opening news story on all the evening news is about our football quarterback and his injury last night. Talk about fucked up priorities! Its a damn game. How about homelessness, hunger, poverty, drug addiction, war, climate issues? Nah, football is so much more important. We are, indeed, doomed.

Mom got donuts again today. Then when she offered me another one I said my diabetes wouldn't like it. She laughed at me saying "oh yeah I forgot you're diabetic now". Pretty f*cked up to do that and I think deep down she knows and remembers but just does it on purpose.

And of course it is hard to resist temptations when it is constantly shoved in my face.

Gi appointment went decent today only a couple of things really irked me about the lady. I was wanting to discuss my concerns with some current meds I use for acid reflux, as yes I read about them, and it says with longer term use can increase risks of cancer. Ok that is a concern for me but my main question was about the blood brain barrier and the affects my meds are having on my cognitive abilities. But she was so defensive like and admit about defending the meds, not even giving me a chance to ask my specific questions. I'm not saying I want to stop everything I'm just asking for my concerns to be heard, acknowledged, and then for the doctors to work with me to find better or safer alternatives. Why does it seem like they think im a nut job?

My toilet keeps running. I swear they just fixed it a few months ago. Now it also makes a high-pitched sound after flushing.

I need breaks in between chores because my cats keep creating problems for me.

Right now they are in the living room… I closed the bedroom from them, i need an hour to decompress

I hope they can get it fixed, and also that you are on a sewer system instead of septic. A running toilet will fill a septic tank up in a very short time. At least you can use the cut off valve until it gets repaired.
