i have bipolar 2 and depression along with a million other things. my daughter went in and they diagnonsised her with bipolior 2 and depression both which are hereditatry. i feel like i did something wrong and now she has to suffer from it, ANY ADVICE

Not all children of someone with bp2 or depression inherits these conditions. Your daughter can also have a life worth living even though she may have mental illness. Please be gentle with yourself.

You haven't done anything wrong, it’s just what happens sometimes. But now that you know of it you can support her through it, let her know she’s heard and that she’s not alone. Mental illness is really common and is often hereditary, you may have very well inherited it yourself. But it’s okay, no one is to blame for it.
