I don't even know what to think. Last night it was bad. A friend had me spend the night with her so I was safer. I ended up self-harming but, still, not great. I didn't end up attempting though. I did stit there with my intended method in my hand, staring at it, a couple times over, before putting it away. I eventually cried myself to sleep. I hate all of this.
