I always find my depression worsens as winter drags on through late Jan/Feb. It's so dark here today, and I'm not an early riser so sometimes I just have a handful of daylight hours.
I've tried a daylight lamp but it aggravated my rosacea. It does help to get outside for a , even sitting on my balcony, but it's too cold right now.
