I am so terribly sorry to hear that. My heart breaks hearing that. That must be so hard to handle.

He sure is a cute little rascal!

I like the pictures of Rockums, looks a cute critter. The folks I know who have rodent pets: mice, rats, hamsters, etc have always said they are great pets much better than what so many think when they hear pet mouse say.

Hugo: very skittish right now

Sonny: partially friendly with me

Harry: the friendliest of the three

They're about 2 months old, and I picked them up from the rat rescue last Sunday. I've tried to get better pictures but haven't succeeded yet.

I love them all! They are so cute.

I love them all! They are so cute.

Thanks. I'm just sad that Hugo is so jumpy right now. He barely wanted to take a treat from me.

Cute little guys. I hope they get adjusted and find a happy home and family with you.

It just might take a while for him to warm up to you. Be patient and gentle and he'll come around eventually.

Probably a bit is just new surrounding learning to get used to you, hopefully that is so.

[Aurelia]

He's a year old now. And he just got a new unicorn toy that he's ecstatic about.

This is a great photo because of the way it captures the contrasting expressions.

Thank you! She's our first full blood chowchow. Our last dog was a chow mix and we're now tried and true chow devotees. They're wonderful dogs!
