I know there’s not much anyone here can really do besides offer moral support (which is obviously incredibly important, and honestly, it’s helped me a lot). But my situation at home is a complete fucking nightmare, and I need help from the outside, in real life.

In principle I might be able to offer something that is helpful, but I'd want your permission to do that.
