Not at the moment. I still have this thought, lingering at the back of my mind, that I won't live very long though. But, one day at a time!

Not as much today. Still there but has climbed down from being an imminent imperative. It reduces when I can get some rest, and have been resting today. Unfortunately I have some very difficult and demanding days coming up. I hope I survive!

not now, i was earlier but things got better. it was a combination of a damned 24 hour bug or at least i hope it's 24 hour lol. that always raises pain level and diarrhea didn't help, plus the shingles. then pain level was bobing between 9 and 10 and couldn't lower it. then withdrawels started. apparently i didn't take my morphine or hydro-morphone last night. a stupid mistake that hopefully happens really. so long story short i am no longer suicidal.

Yes. Remembering þe disgusting choice I made, when I knew better and everyþing inside screamed to stay by þe "No" I'd already said þree times.

My mind is polluted even to þis day.

try to hold on, i can't promise you will have a great life but i can tell you that a lifetime is fluid. sometimes it;s bad sometimes pretty damned good, but mostly in a decent range. when i'm suffering i fight harder and always try to do positive things that i enjoy. even a little joy can make a huge difference. you can make it

i don't blame you for believing that. when things are bad even a small bad thing feels like life is trying to kick you while you're down. try to focus more on the good things and anything good that you do . i honestly hope life improves for you
