I used to be one of the only ones who would clean up after our rugby games. I kind of understood because I didn’t tend to get playing time, so I was less tired and sore than the rest. But one time I had to carry like 4 or 5 of those big water jugs in my arms (mostly empty, but still awkward.) I felt kinda bad asking anybody to help.

Good morning and thanks for the invite Kiwi2016. Thanks to Barb for opening! ET, what i did was finally walk away from that abusive marriage because it was clear she was only going to keep using me up rather than walk away! And I'm so much better off 2 years later.

Things are going good here in the mountains of Tennessee. Beautiful scenery, tolerable weather, and of course, Simon the wonder dog is with me as well as his little brother, best friend and companion, Garfunkel the kitty.
happy to see you @A guy with feelings I hope you have a wonderful sunday...mike..*hug*shake

The only answer I could come up with is that it was something I did for myself. That is, taking steps, taking action to reach my goal. My mentality has a very weird quirk so it's something that only I could have done for myself, if you know what I mean.
that's great news @Winslow I hope you keep try to get better...mike...*hug*hi5*hi5

Thanks for the tag @extraterrestrialone. Well, I always do the housework. My eldest cleans up his room and when he uses the kitchen which is great but I'm the one that cleans the whole house. My husband is hopeless. I had a big clean up this weekend because guests might have been coming but they didn't so now I have a tidy house I can switch off again! :D
i'm also one of those hopeless husbands when it comes to house work. and i'm forbidden to even touch the laundry ever again (long story) but I did do all the house work once years ago for a few months when my wife had a hard pregnancy. (but not the laundry lol)...mike...*hug
