Sunday, October 6th, 2019 Autumn Cafe

Good morning SF friends. It’s such a beautiful autumn morning and I’m grateful to share it with all of you. I’ve put on my favorite cozy sweater, cooked up some homemade butternut squash pancakes with bacon and lots of butter and maple syrup and served it up with a cup of fresh ground Kenyan coffee. Since questions seem to be the theme of the café lately, I will pose one:

What is your favorite month of the year and why?

My favorite month of the year I think is May as everything in the garden is starting to wake up and grow...and soon will be surrounded by beautiful blossoms...still coolish crisp mornings...

Good morning! Just came back from marrying off my only child - my daughter. It was a magical day with the leaves just turning color. I don't think I have a favorite month. Used to be October but all the seasons are good. My least favorite months are Feb -March where here the ground is muddy and there is no snow but too cold to do anything outside. But it is not too far to the snow. But I am alive and happy and in good health. TMI I know. I am still in the wedding high.

Good morning! Just came back from marrying off my only child - my daughter. It was a magical day with the leaves just turning color. I don't think I have a favorite month. Used to be October but all the seasons are good. My least favorite months are Feb -March where here the ground is muddy and there is no snow but too cold to do anything outside. But it is not too far to the snow. But I am alive and happy and in good health. TMI I know. I am still in the wedding high.

I would have to say November is my favorite month the leave have fallen off and the snow Making the begins to fall. Making earth white and clean everything is the same no better yards or whatever just the clean and same as cheesy as it sounds

My favourite month is December. I love the rush up to Christmas day, its icy, its cold, its magical, I particularly like Christmas because my family make a big ordeal about it and everything has to be perfect, nothing less. I love picking out gifts and decorating the Christmas tree, going Christmas shopping with my mom and having an amazing time - I think it reminds me of my amazing childhood 💞

hey @Sunday16 thanksknaht:wow: or the other way around. i’m late as usual. had my writing meetup earlier. but i'm here now and going to attempt the question:
What is your favorite month of the year and why? april is good so it is about 24% and october is pretty good to and gets 40%. i also like june and it gets about 33% and then my most favorite is february which is my birth month but ironically it only gets 3%. there are reasons it works out this way. but i will explain on a case by case basis if requested. meanwhile, thanksknaht again.

I love December, maybe only because it's the end of a year and...the outside is cold with howling winds, while we sit together in a room, feeling warm and comfortable.
It reminds me of...I love the atmosphere below, although I'm a Ravenclaw!*bleh

My favorite season is summer. You can go outside if you like. If you have family and friends, you can barbeque, go to the beach that kind of thing. Longer days of sunlight, less clothes.
