Thank you to those of you wished me Happy Birthday by both the profile-box and private box. Instead of acknowledging them one by one, I thought it better to thank in one fell swoop, which is why I post here.
Nowadays, my life is under control. Almost lost my housing-subsidy, but my social worker helped me save it. The social worker is very conscientious, checking up on me every week. And of course I still see my psychotherapist on a regular basis, and with whom I have a very good rapport. I notice many who post on this board who complain that their therapist is awful, so I suggest that they keep looking for a different therapist until they find one with whom they feel a rapport. In my case, I went through three of them until I found the right one.

And many of you already know by now that I finally made my ultimate dream come true after 50 years, so the resulting Contentment is an Over-all feeling that pervades every day, so it also works as a Shield against any painful woes that befall me. How blessed I am to have that Shield!

So I'm grateful for my birthday today. Thanks again to those who sent me those greetings.

I'm glad your ultimate dream came true :)

You haven't really said what that was, but that's ok.

Happy birthday, @Winslow.

Maybe one day I would have a better therapist.

The reason I keep it Undisclosed is because most of you might consider it weird. No, it's not a relationship. After all, I've already had 2 of them, and that was more than enough for me. It's not my cup of tea, I don't like drama. I stay away from emotional attachments. In fact, it's my practice of Nonattachment that prevents me from losing the great gift I gained. To have Emotions mixed up with it would make me lose my gift. Serenity is more important than emotions.

I think it would be ok to talk about it. I doubt anyone would judge you for it.

If you feel better about not saying anything, I think that's fine too, because no one really needs to know.

Happy birthday, @Winslow.

Thanks, but You say that you wish for a better therapist. That's why I had said that I went through three of them before I found the current one that I feel comfortable with. I don't know if you've already tried several different therapists, but you should, because finding a good therapist is someone who gives you constant hope. That's why a good rhyme is "Hope enables you to Cope." Have you tried more than one therapist?

I have no money left for such a fancy service. Now, it's all about surviving through this pandemic.

But you said that you have a therapist already, so it's just a matter of finding a new one. That way, it won't cost more than you already pay.
I had one, the one called me to "man up" in a session. I think I meant I would like to have a better therapist some day.
It's still cost a lot. I have to save for meds and whatever would cost in the future, as well.
