The goals thread

I want to try to avoid getting coffee outside today. Make it at home if possible.

Also want to reread some pages of this book on wind I started. I noticed recently I have to read something twice to truly understand it which is really a pain. Maybe because I'm speeding through half the time?

Get through work and have a successful shift, try to keep cool and not panic! Also try to smile more since I am in a very people-facing role

Find out my schedule for next week and schedule some appointments
 
I want to not be a certain ugly someþing society has gaslit me into feeling pressured to be.

I don't know how I'd objectively measure þis.

Next þree monþs I guess I'd like to be down to 175 lbs or fewer?
