maybe you need to find a way to really relax
time to get yourself in motion
look at what is going on around you, you will either become grateful that you don't have the same life as someone else, or you might be the answer to someone elses problem

Thats exactly what you should do! Its so easy to look down on yourself. . .especially if someone tells you that. But honestly, what do they know. Be you, be happy! It is hard, I know. . .

We're our worst critics, they say. I bet you're a great person. No one deserves pain. All of us in our lives can enjoy great happiness. That's why we live, that's why we get through difficult times. We get through the bad to see the good. Try making someone smile. It's a great gift you can give to someone. It can also be a great gift to yourself, knowing you made someone smile. You brightened their day.
