I don't know what to say.

When I'm feeling this depressed I can't think or express myself...and it's when I feel I need to the most.

I really relate to and like this painting. I've seen it a million times, we all have, but it actually resonates with me at the moment.

Everything awful about who I am or what my life is about is the only thing that comes into my head, then come the feelings of loneliness...so I just put my hands in my hair and close my eyes. Then I try to not think.

The recent meltdown I experienced, that painting shows how I looked like; only I was crouching on the floor.. most of what you wrote can be said the same for me. Sorry you feel this way.
