So it looks like I'll be leaving another forum again.
Why ClassicShowsFan?
Do you mean sf?
Well as of right now I'll try to continue struggling. We also have work on the home to do in order to sell at better than a bargain price but summer is too hot for that.

maybe 1980s in order to redo some crucial things in a better way and do some crucial undone things in order to make what follows better (and with some happiness) than it actually turned out.
My first consideration was the 80's but tech was so expensive back then :/

1. I'm all about some Beatles. I have an Abbey Road poster on my wall actually. My favorite song is A Day in the Life. Actually I think that's my favorite song in general.

2. I just want to finish the summer semester.

3. I'd like to go back to the 60's and see all the cool bands. Maybe even go to Woodstock.

Hi Lane, good job opening :)

I like The Beatles. They're probably not something I would put on at home, I'm not even sure we have any Beatles tracks, but I like them when they come on the radio.

My mum was a massive Beatles fan and saw them live several times - a fact she's very proud of!

1) My favourite Beatles song is Come Together. I remember it being played a lot in the car when I was a child and I loved the cover of it that the Arctic Monkeys performed at the 2012 Olympics. It's being used on a couple of commercials on the TV at the moment and it always makes me smile.

2) No particular plans or projects for the summer. We're finally getting all or our fallen down fencing replaced so I'll hopefully get the garden looking good again.

3) I'd probably go back to the 70s. I was too young to appreciate Punk at the time.
Punk rock era pretty cool! Pics of garden please

As for songs, I've always thought Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds was catchy. And I actually only recently found out that it was clearly based on Lennon's love of LSD, haha. At least, until he discovered heroin. I feel you, bro. Once you go "smack", you never go back.
Always curious about how it felt. I worked with a lot of girls addicted to it.

Thanks for tagging me @Lane
1. The Beatles were one of my first ever favorite bands. I had one of their compilation albums of their greatest hits (it was called 1), and I loved pretty much all the songs on there. Later I got a few other albums of theirs. I know I owned Magical Mystery Tour and Revolver, and I might have had one or two others. My absolute favorite Beatles song is "For No One" Just a beautiful song, especially the horn part. So underrated too.

2. Most of my projects I have going are stuff for school. Also trying to get my friend to respond to me so we can reschedule our lunch we were supposed to have the other week.

Here's "For No One" for people who might not have heard it.

Tysm for opening the cafe @Lane & for tagging me too! :)
(Wanted to tag some people but it looks like all the regulars have been tagged already lol oh well maybe next time if I get here quicker) ;) :p

1) do you like The Beatles? What are some of your favorite songs?
They're ok. I like their Yesterday song even though it's kinda sad. Some of the others are tolerable enough I guess but ya overall I'm not really that big of a fan I guess. There's MUCH worse though of course lol.

2) any plans or projects for rest of the summer?

No not really. Next year on the other hand, will hopefully be going to California at the end of the summer so even though it's still over a year away I'm already VERY MUCH looking forward to it! :)

3) What past decade or century/time period would you like to live in and why?

70's cos that's when Star Wars came out lol. I'd have wanted to be born in 1956-1960 cos then I woulda been in my teens or early 20's when it came out which woulda been perfect imo :) *halo ;)

1) do you like their music? What are some of your favorites?

Yes:
Blackbird
Let It Be
Rocky Raccoon

2) any plans or projects for rest of the summer?

Buy used car

3) What past decade or century/time period would you like to live in and why?

1960’s USA I would stop Oswald and save JFK and RFK and MLK and convince pres. to end war on drugs and the war cartel. 1960’s no aids free love Jimi Hendrix touring the world, if I could go back and get rid of the horrible parts of back then I would.

1) do you like their music? What are some of your favorite songs?

Longtime fan here. Helter Skelter and While My Guitar Gently Weeps are my two favorites and excellent for those of us guitar players. Let It Be and In My Life are other favorites. Harrison was my favorite as a Beatle, solo and as a Traveling Wilbury. I claim his song Crackerbox Palace is about the bughouse I need to be locked up at. :)

2) any plans or projects for rest of the summer? Just keep on continuing.

3) What past decade or century/time period would you like to live in and why? The late 1970s through about 1990 or so when I was a teen and in my twenties with my future ahead of me and hopes for a good possibly life, or at least as good as possible for me, but I never expected much in my life and not really anything good from it.
