This is just me, but I would not read much into that. From considering your other posts that I have read, I have noticed that you have a deep distrust of your own sexual feelings, and in your OP here, you mention the word Disgust four times in 3 sentences. From this I'm thinking it is more likely than not that you're quite conflicted in this area. If so, that's okay, but please bear in mind that every human, and in fact every life form that has males and females, has a sexuality. It is the most intense survival urge, even beyond food and self-protection.
Contrary to certain religious leaders, I think it's quite destructive to reject one's own sexuality. I don't think it's terribly surprising that these same religious leaders frequently end up in trouble for assaults, even upon children, or if not that then buying meth and attention from a gay hooker. Based on these examples, I reject any form of moralizing sexuality into something "evil," or disgusting. I rather think that despising one's own survival urges is what is disgusting, or at least disgusting behaviors can result from long term self-repression. I know from my own history that if I don't have an outlet of some sort, then I would walk around erect all day long... and I'm pushing 50 so take that for what you will.
Even with all that, though, simply getting an erection is no indication of sexual deviance on the person affected. It's what you do with that which determines your character. Just knowing what I have recently learned since my OCD diagnosis, I would say that if you don't already have it, your chances of developing OCD rise quickly by thinking about this repeatedly and trying to determine if it was "your fault" or not. I want to emphasize that this is not advice. It's my opinion based on my readings and personal experience. If you want advice, though, I can say that I have gotten enormous relief from learning about CBT-based strategies to deal with intrusive thoughts.
