Sorry I'm late to the relaxation party. I'm off to chat but couldn't ignore an invite from @sassy123 Thanks darl'. I hope you have managed to de-stress a bit and you can get some sleep tonight.

I don't really know what relaxes me, I suppose a good dose of DIY and most definitely coming to say hi to the SF family; other than that I like to get out and about whether for a good ride on the bike, sometimes alone or with a friend, or I've also recently taken up kayaking which I find very therapeutic.

This was a few years ago now but it was a much needed trip and helped me to relax during some of the more troubled times in my life:

I have the day off work today, which is probably a good thing, because I am having another sad day. At least I can cry in private if I need to. I will do some online retail therapy and hope that helps. Have a great day everyone!
