dam bank they dont care about their clients they are not people to them just numbers and i swear when this is all over with i am moving banks omg i can't deal with all this right now omg they are heartless and iam just saying enough enough already you have lost the loyalty of a person who has been with you all her live and when she needs support and understanding she is nothing to you well the hell with your bank we walk away as soon as my brothers estate is eventually transferred over we are done with this bank done.

the pain she has suffered and jsut being dragged on for months andmonths and months what for really you should all be ashamed of yourselves

Yes banks suck. They openly rob you will all kind of fees they have created to make themselves richer often on the backs of the less fortunate. Maybe you can complain to the BBB?
