Christmas cookie bake coming up in a couple of weeks so I've picked out 4 new ones to make. I'll make the gingerbread biscotti today because they'll keep and I won't have to rebake. That's teatime today. I'm also thinking about making gingerbread rum balls, lemon ricotta cookies and pumpkin pecan Mexican wedding cookies. Anyone have other Christmas favorites suggestions?

No suggestions but those sound tasty. My cookies are often a mix of brown sugar sugar cookies combined with dark chocolate chocolate chip. Goes great in as a cookie cake also.
