No matter what i do, it ends up making my depression worse. I always seems to see the worse in everything. To keep my depression in check i have to avoid many things. Even by simply looking outside the window makes me nostalgic, anxious and stressed. Here are some of the things i try to avoid.

    - Going out (end up seing couples and whatnot)
    - watching comedy movies (it triggers me...)
    - Being Idle makes my mind wonders in sad thoughts

What do you avoid that makes your depression worse?

    People.
As general as that sounds people are what make my depression worse. When I'm alone I seldom feel as bad as I do when I am around other people.

    Romance.
In any sense, but the most place I encounter it is in movies and on television. It definitely triggers me.
