No matter what i do, it ends up making my depression worse. I always seems to see the worse in everything. To keep my depression in check i have to avoid many things. Even by simply looking outside the window makes me nostalgic, anxious and stressed. Here are some of the things i try to avoid. - Going out (end up seing couples and whatnot) - watching comedy movies (it triggers me...) - Being Idle makes my mind wonders in sad thoughts What do you avoid that makes your depression worse?
