Porridge with milk and cinnamon. Or toast with smoked salmon. Tea or coffee (with milk/sugar). Think I'll have toast today. Yum

First , a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar and a glass of water . Then usually a fresh carrot with either blueberries or an apple . By now I must sound like a tree hugging vegan but then I fry 3 eggs :sparkle:in butter and have a piece of toast slathered with butter too !:loopy: Been doing this for years and still weigh 140 pounds !
 i love your post. Why the cider vinegar? My mum said it's good for arthritis or bones or something...is that why you take it with water?

Because of my odd sleeping habits, I may not eat breakfast some days...
Sometimes I make pancakes, or poached eggs in the middle of the night-- or just a bowl of shredded wheat.
I always like having a piece of fruit; any time of the day.

When I just wake up though- I normally can't stomach anything for a few hours afterward.

When I'm working, it's usually a half a jumbo chocolate chip muffin and a whole wheat bun scarfed down whilst sitting in my work jeep.

On days off I do peanut butter on toasted rye bread with orange juice to drink.

I think I usually have toast! It depends on how much time I have in the morning though. I get very anxious before school and cannot eat until I'm there because my stomach tends to like to empty itself before then, haha.

I've been having big breakfasts with egg, bacon, toast, beans, etc at university as well, though, and they're amazing. Definitely the meal that lasts me the longest! It can keep me going all day.

This morning I had a black forest ham sandwich.

I usually don't eat before taking my meds at 11:30.

I wait until then to make anything.

I've been trying to eat healthy. At first it was oatmeal, then I switched to peanut butter toast. Maybe cereal sometimes, but most of the time on school days I never eat. I wish I would though sometimes D:

I need fiber, but since oats wreck my digestive system, that leaves me with mostly wheat stuff like wheat toast, wheat cereal, etc. I also combine that with fruit.

On weekdays I eat at work-- so it's almost always low fat yogurt… and then later in the morning a banana or two.
Sometimes I bring an orange along if they're cheap and in season.

Today I tried sprinkling some cinnamon on the yogurt-- it's pretty good.
