@LonelyHiker I'm going to hike at Zion Canyon this coming week. I wasnt sure what to wear even bcz of the heat. But I do look forward to seeing the natural beauty of it. I brought a long sleeve button down, leggings a t shirt and backpack and visor. I grew up outside of NYC but excited about this

Are you going to Zion National Park in Utah @Lane? It is gorgeous...went there with my ex as part of our honeymoon 'Four Corners Tour'..

Sounds like you have outfitted yourself just right! Do you have rain/wind gear, i.e., outer shell?

Zion is fairly elevated, so it shouldn't be too bad, plus pretty low humidity...the Virgin river also helps keep it temperate

Observation Point, Canyon Overlook, Angel's Landing, Emerald Pools are all great hikes...
