At lunch, I had a mushroom khachapuri (cheese bread boat from the country of Georgia) then for dinner, I went to a Malaysian place and had roti canai and Hainanese chicken rice, which is something I've been wanting to try for years.
The roti canai had a thinner curry than the one at the place I get it in Pittsburgh. It seemed like it made it a bit harder to stick to the roti. Plus the roti was less flaky. Surprisingly, I think I prefer the way the place in Pittsburgh makes it, but I'm definitely not an expert in Malaysian food. The place in Pittsburgh is actually an Asian fusion place, with a few different types of cuisine.
