I keep having big lunches and not much to report in the way of dinner. Like last night was just pineapple cottage cheese and a cheese pizza Lunchable. Today for lunch I had some pork belly, tofu, and kimchi with noodles, salad, spicy daikon, and soybean sprouts all on the side. (Still haven’t finished the main dish or the noodles). I’ll probably have a small dinner if any.
