I'm not sure if we have any good venison around here or not. I don't have too much experience with it.

I tried-- I think, like deer jerky sticks a while ago when I was growing up in a rural area that had a lot of hunting. I think that was it. It was good though.

I love venison. My daughter entered a cooking competition a while back and was doing venison for her main course. She had to practice it loads in the weeks running up to the final and I was very happy to be her taster
