Ordered from the Venezuelan place I love on UberEats. Had an arepa Maracucha (made with roast pork, fried cheese, and avocado) and tajadas con queso (fried sweet plantain with queso fresco). They have this amazing garlic cilantro sauce, so I had to get a little cup of that to have with my arepa.

It was an is! I made like 8 servings so been grabbing each day.

In lieu of recipe post since I'm overloaded with things right now, here's the ingredient list as I can recall off top of my head right now:

Potatoes carrots peas green beans onions garlic ginger tomato half and half cream ghee serrano peppers peanuts figs turmeric cayenne cumin garam masala salt coriander paprika !
