What I find interesting about SPAM is how that although it has always sold fairly well but so many would turn their noses up at it and just say that is shit and now it is hard to find anywhere here along with most canned foods especially canned meats.
Food is my life right now... I made a burger with sautéed mushrooms and Jarlsberg swiss and a side of fresh hand cut, homemade fries. It was a good food day.
I pan fried some chicken with asparagus and pasta with a creamy lemon sauce. It was good, the pasta had garlic herb butter but I didn’t use enough butter (always the way). Probably going to eat ice cream now.
