Wow I actually cooked!
Last night made my sauce onions shallots shrooms oil bell peppers Serrano peppers garlic, butter, basil .... Italian sausage!!!! Haha your thinking spaghetti ...helll nahh no pasta here these are sausage patty sammichs !! Hell yeah you know it! Damn wish I took pics , I was a tad drunk tho haha been making sammichs lately

This is one of my all time favorite meals, especially when the meatballs are a mix of beef and venison (60/40). My ex’s are the best (IMO), maybe if I ask her nicely she’ll make me some. I’m running low on ground venison, been making a lot of summer sausage during the shutdowns.

I know what you mean. Venison is a favorite of mine and I have a freezer with plenty of it from two white tails.
