Last night I had a 12-course tasting menu at a nice restaurant for my birthday. Today I had a goat bowl from a Somali place at Columbus’s North Market. Just trying to enjoy my trip

Making some edamame and mung bean pasta, there's a leftover piece of salmon and I'm roasting beets.

Basically the same dinner as yesterday, the pasta, steamed veggies and watched the bf eat the last of the oatmeal cookies. Lol….so a bit boring today. Oh well✨

I made a pan cooked salmon with a siracha, garlic, honey, fresh ginger, soy, brown sugar glaze sauce and some steamed broccoli and bok choy😋

Another salmon dinner. Baked with homemade spicy sweet barbque sauce and grilled onions. Steamed broccoli, Brussels, and red cabbage. Salad with home sourdough croutons and Parmesan
