I made a white bean and veggie soup last night. I was shown how to use a pressure cooker (old style) for the first time. fun.....tonight will make Mahi mahi into something with some veggies in the fridge....bok chop and cauliflower and red bell etc.

I need to do that soon. I like to use flank steak because its low fat and add barley for fiber.

I just bought a good sized steelhead trout fillet. Will probably bake it tomorrow with some spiced and teriyaki sauce. Have to raspberries and baby carrots to go with it. It's a large chunk of fish and should last several days.
