I just ate a roast dinner for the first time in about 4 years.

I left some potatoes, but I also ate some.
I feel a bit horrible and anxious about gaining, but I suppose that's the whole aim.
I won't exercise any more today.

I feel pretty good, but terrible at the same time.
I'm proud of myself, yet afraid.

Hopefully the bad will go away and I can continue this progress.
This is especially great after the dreadful weekend I've had.
Thanks to anyone and everyone who's participated in helping me, in any shape or form :)
