Zolpidem

I started zolpidem a few months ago. Since then I’ve done things in my sleep and had terrible issues with shaking and a low heart rate (75 beats per minute) does anyone know if these things are linked and what can be done. I’ve been taking it everyday for the last few months as prescribed

75 isn't a low heart rate. Mine is around 62 when resting and not taking adderall that day.
There are other options... Consider switching.
