Apologies for the issue with a bizarre redirect on the site earlier today. There was a large server update and an error in an IP address had the traffic routing wrongly. No hacking or anything nefarious and nothing to worry about. Sorry for any stress/anxiety caused. Very best wishes - SF Admin
It is a YouTube video I deem to be motivational and support of males when I personally hear many disparaging messages on the behalf of traditional ways of thinking. Male or female, I'm deeply sorry if you are at the point in which crying is close to impossible.
The whole idea of manliness is completely misunderstood.
Take Dorian Yates for example. He was Mr Olympia for several years, the most muscular man in the world. Yet by his own admission he is also an introvert, isn't concerned with conquering the world, is friends with regular people down the gym, and struggled with clinical depression at one point in his life. He also talks a lot about the importance of spiritual experiences.
The guy is a walking sack of testosterone, yet he hardly fits the criteria of the popular 'alpha male' stereotype.
It hurts when I see guys so emotionally cut off, I wish we could teach kids that it's okay to be human and feel. Thanks for this post, I'm glad that someone recognizes the need to question society and gender roles.
