You are meant to have a home. All of us are. But maybe a trip just to get away from things for a while would be nice. I know I have always enjoyed traveling alone. Just me and a teddy bear. Tis very relaxing

I like this idea a lot, thank you Silly Old Bear. Sorry it took me a while to respond. My head and heart were upset this week. I have a few old reliable plush animals which are always with me. They like going along on journeys.
I have to find my way. The stress and anxiery cause the weird voices and little hints of other people's lives to show up in my awareness. I know it is due to feeling unsafe in some way, but I cannot articulate the odd energy here.
The accupuncture therapist said that somewhere inside me I already know what to do -
Maybe I need to travel alone for a while. If I take off on another search for home, it'll be a huge drain on my remaining nest egg. But so what - I'm not meant to have a real home anuway.
Spoken words have so many power sources and intentions: often having nothing much to do with comraderie but tactical assertions of power.
I've been reproached again for having spoken too aggressively. This is making me doubtful, and I can feel them trying to take my confidence away. But that is what an adversary does.

It seems like people are always reacting on the defensive and being argumentative or accusatory. Rationally I know it is a self preserving response. People respond with fight or flight when feeling threatened but geeze when will humans ever evolve to being accepting and communicate instead of attacking???

I was not attacking but got labeled as such, as a troublemaker type who answers too honestly, rather than going along with what others believe &/or want. It is as though I am not supposed to exist as an autonomous person not really. The other person takes it as some sort of personal insult or put-down if my view is different than theirs. wtf

Yes that is what I mean. That you get attacked for being mature and sharing your feelings and trying to communicate. But then the other person goes on the defense and attacks you. It is twisted in my humble opinion. Like banging your head against the wall with people not listening to you. I wish you were heard. Hugs.
