I do the same thing and it's discouraging but the thing is to give yourself grace, acknowledge it happened, and try to not repeat while recognizing you will. I think you want to shoot for average weight and watch the bumps in weight. If it continues to climb you know you have to do something.

I am on GLP-1 medicine and watched my weight climb back 40 lbs over the course of two years without GLP-1 medicine. Now I am down 20 lbs and my weakness is surgery snacks. So I get it. But I try to say it was a bad day for weight loss and I'll try harder the following day. Only thing I can do.
Good Luck.

Here I am, doing exactly the same. But this time, while my left hand grabs this indulgence I don't deserve, with my right I clack on my laptop.

Why do I do this? More importantly, why do I not, not do this?

just last night I remembered one of my horrible mistakes, and I did the right thing and skipped eating; wrongdoer I am I don't deserve to eat. However, this evening, like many other evenings, I eat, despite being no less guilty now of what I did.
