Starting this a few days early again, so I don't forget :P Anyway, I have some really good news to share. I managed to lose 6 pounds this month! I was really surprised because I didn't think I lost much at all, let alone that much. I haven't been working that hard at it, but if I work even harder, I'm sure the results will be even more noticeable. I guess that's 14 pounds now since I started this journey. It's the most weight I've lost at one time in as long as I can remember. How are you all doing with your goals?
