Starting this a few days early again, so I don't forget :P Anyway, I have some really good news to share. I managed to lose 6 pounds this month! I was really surprised because I didn't think I lost much at all, let alone that much. I haven't been working that hard at it, but if I work even harder, I'm sure the results will be even more noticeable. I guess that's 14 pounds now since I started this journey. It's the most weight I've lost at one time in as long as I can remember. How are you all doing with your goals?

These healthy threads are helping me btw.

I'm managing to cut back on sweet snacks quite a bit which has improved my appetite for real food. And I've been out walking &/or jogging 4 days a week for a couple of months now. My workouts are going pretty well. I am doing arms one day and a bunch of core work, & can still do 3 1 minute planks. They hurt lol. I added in a bunch of leg work for my pulled quad muscle.

Yesterday was a total rest day. The day before, I got out for an hour-long walk-jog. Did strength work & stretches in the morning. It will be important to keep this gooing after getting back to Mt., as much for my mental health as physical.
