I mean, I'm still struggling, but it's giving me more support than the other antispychotic meds and the sedation is for hours as opposed to around the clock for the others.

Thanks, this definitely helps. I started on the lowest dose last night, and I’ve been sedated and dehydrated since, but the sedation isn’t as bad as Seroquel at least.
That reminds me, I did have dry mouth when I started this med, but it went away after 4-5 weeks. However it was really dry before my body adjusted. I usually have so much drool I have to look to a boxer (dog) to find someone with more. I was quite surprised.
