No problem Bunny. I think the members posting here know that not all are that way but it is possible we can let our tempers get the best of us. I do at times and mistakingly lump all of those together. I do try to quickly correct myself when I do so. It isn't just Christians. There are people like that from all backgrounds and religions.

i'll keep this short because i know myself well enough that i will end up saying things people could find offensive if i write too much.

Religion is one of humanities greatest boons (people do many good things in the name of their religion) but also one of its greatest banes (people commit horrendous acts in the name of their religion) and there will always be conflicts between different religions because of the simple fact that either only one of them is right or that they are all wrong, and no matter what your religious background you wouldnt believe them to be right, the most you could get is acceptance that others worship their God in their own way and leave them to it believing that they are doing things right.

Well satanism is all about self-worship... as where christianity is about self ummm.... torture... I guess...

I find that you need to have a few things in common in order for relationships to work. But I have also seen that more out of common you have the better off you will be. Mainly because you can keep yourselves entertained with arguements. There is also room for much more self discovery and personal growth. Someone who is opposite to you might convince you to try new things that you never thought you would like.

So in a way yes opposites do attract.

No offense, but satanism doesn't really make any sense. You might as well just be an athiest... I'm somewhere between agnostic and athiest. I believe in Jesus Christ as God, I don't believe in "God."

Whoops... big 'ol typo there. Luckily you caught that. I meant to say, I believe in Jesus Christ and God. I must of been lost in a thought to say I don't believe in "God." I was probably in a rush, so yeah, sorry. What I MEANT as my point though is that I don't take the bible very literatly. In other words, I don't have a religion. Jesus is my religion.

I used to practice witchcraft, and I swore my loyalty to the devil when I was fourteen. I didn't know much about our Creator or the devil at the time. I did it out of frustration while suffering in my childhood. I was a Satanist till the age of 23.

When I turned my life around to our Creator and years later learned from the Bible about who I used to worship. I was appalled. Everything I hate about this life is because of the influence of the first rebel.
I truly don't think most Satanists or those who claim to truly understand who they worship. I wish more would get to know our Creator before making this choice.
In order to do so you would have to seek to know our Creator. Why? Because Satan rebels against everything Yahweh stands for. Unless you know what that is you don't truly get why rebellion is so bad. It's a great study and well worth your time. Unfortunately most people focus on the devil and you hear more him than Yahweh.

Do they have a right to worship who they want? I don't believe it's our call. I would just encourage them to truly understand the one they worship in either case. If I knew then what I know now...I would have never gone that road.
